Pro Am Sports utilizes Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS for the shipment of orders. In stock items will usually be shipped the next business day after the order is placed. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided on the order. General shipping estimates are 1-4 weeks depending on the destination.

If your order has an item that is backordered, or is a preorder (such as a Signing Preorder, item that needs to be framed, jersey that needs to be sewn), it will be shipped as soon as all items are ready. If you would prefer split shipping as items become available, please contact shipping@proamsports.ca to request a quote.

If an item on your order is backordered, we will contact you regarding any possible delays that may occur. For any further questions regarding shipping, please contact shipping@proamsports.ca.

Pick Up In Store

If you are local to Edmonton, you can save on shipping costs and choose the option to pick up your order in store. This service is free. Pick Up In Store orders will receive a “Ready for Pick Up” email when your order has been processed.

Curbside Pick Up

Curbside Pick Up is available at no additional charge. When you arrive at our store, please give us a call at 780-481-9484 and have your order number ready and let us know what vehicle you are driving. We will bring your order out to your vehicle while adhering to social distancing/masking guidelines.

Free Shipping Across Canada

We offer Free Shipping Across Canada on orders over $150 (before tax).

Certain exclusions apply, including:

  • Jersey cabinets and jersey frames (these items are Pick Up only)
  • Large/oversized framed photos and canvases (subject to oversized charges, please email shipping@proamsports.ca for more information)
  • Custom sewing and framing
  • Items for autograph signing events
